- This website will store personal information about you, if you are subscribed to Research Circle mailings. You will be automatically subscribed to mailings if you have signed up to an event.
- Information about you will be stored and publicly shown when you have submitted a blog post comment on this website, as long as this passes our moderation procedures. Any content that does not pass moderation will not be publicly available.
- When submitting information via the contact form on the website, this data is not stored on the web server and your information is forwarded by email.
How is your information shared?
- The information that you submit for research circle mailings will only be accessible by Sharon Clancy, website administrators, and other individuals involved with the organisation of research circle events.
- Blog post comments will be initially accessed by Sharon Clancy and website administrators, and if approved will then be publicly accessible to users of the website.
- Generated emails from the contact form will only be accessible by Sharon Clancy and the website administrators.
- No data will be shared with any external organisations or websites, without your permission.
How long will your information be kept?
- If you leave a comment on a post, that data will be retained indefinitely unless you request its removal.
- If you have unsubscribed from Research Circle mailings, then your data will be retained for 3 years before being deleted.
- If you have generated an email for us via the contact form, these are typically retained for three years, but time may vary dependent on the nature of the message.
